These days are designed for people who want to come on their own or for smaller groups who dont meet our minumum number criteria, or fathers/sons, mother/daughter, or just friends.

In order to facilitate these days it is essential that we know how many people are coming so please phone to book your place or email for a booking form. It would be greatly appreciated if payment is made at time of booking, all major credit cards accepted.

Please bring your own lunch, plenty to drink and wear suitable clothing. Please bring sunscreen if the weather is hot. Everything else is provided, fully qualified and experienced instructors, transport from TFAC to offsite venues, and all safety equipment or specialist clothing.
